Pros

My work schedule is incredibly flexible. i get 2 work from home days and set my own hours. my boss is in another city so i don't have to deal with micromanaging. i usually get whatever i need to do my job it just takes forever.

Cons

horrible software request system. horrible help desk. horrible desktop equipment resources. the entire request ticketing system is garbage. expect that if you get hired in here you will sit on your hands for at least 2 weeks with nothing to do and probably no one to talk to. The whole company is so silo-ed off that the left had doesn't know what the right hand is doing. the convenient excuse is that company resources are dispersed across the country but the left hand right hand thing happens right in the same building.

Cons

Pay rate never really goes up. Prefer to promote inexperience outsiders than from within. Low pay At the whim of Manager Favoritism Political Pretentious Metrics based of friendship with Management Hard to move up of you don’t suck up to a Manager or be political or be part of their click and group. QIP is also at the whim of the manager. Faulty metrics where you are blamed for FCR failures even when you fixed the issue on your first call and but because the member called in multiple times to other associates who didn’t help. Or do their job, they blame you for first call resolution when you never talked to the member till you resolved it. This is really messed up and it affects your QIP.
