Pros
Products and people are great. Most employees don't want to leave the company because of the people they work with everyday. The products are worth getting behind and are high quality
Cons
There is no long term plan or company objective other than "make money" and "keep the customer happy." There is no strategy for doing that. Managers are unable to keep up with the changing technology and their own people striving to use new tools and be better at their jobs. They discredit innovation because they don't understand and chose not to understand it.
