Pros
Fantastic work/life balance (especially if you're in a role that doesn't require travel). Reasonably easy to jump between sales/product engineering/operations/marketing and so forth. Great exposure to senior management.
Cons
Typical slow and bureaucratic organization - not innovative in work atmosphere or company culture. (For example, working remote is a big no-no.) Compensation is very low for a technology company. Not much diversity within company, especially in leadership roles.
