Pros
Its a large company and easy to hide poor performance of mid level managers
Cons
The senior management team at Emerson are small and selfish people. The spend exorbitant amounts of money on private jets and strangle the Manufacturing sites for capital funds. I have watched the inconsistences between what they say and what they do. It has been frustrating to watch the waste and the need to make improvements.
