      EMERSON as a whole has Good benefits... It wad good that Micro Motion instituted profit sharing...A great way to build 401K

      -I had a BAD experience with racism and intolerance by management... -They have a SERIOUS lack of diversity... -Many started leaving after I started.

      Management is in total disarray. Company has no direction, no sense of community or corporate identity, conflicting mission statements. A mess from top to bottom.
