      Good place to work with no pressure

      Cons

      Very weak HR policies. Looks like there is a discrimination between employees in India and US Higher management rushes so fast and can waste many resources but they can micromanage on small perks and salaries on employees

      Doing innovative things is hard. A lot of fast changes of direction and figuring things out on the fly
