      Pros

      People here are genuinely good; peers, manager, colleagues, and the operations team have all been really approachable and down to earth. Great culture and great science.

      Cons

      Nothing major, well-set workflow, so no issues.

      Learning-focused environment, but toxic leadership undermines safety

      Pros

      The company is very good for learning and works almost like an institute for scientific growth. The Scientific Managers and Scientific Leaders from the chemistry department encourage knowledge sharing and provide freedom to express ideas and thoughts openly. From a science and chemistry perspective, the environment is strong, and I have learned many valuable things during my time there.

      Cons

      The Operations Head interferes in every department and frequently targets employees. The work environment does not feel safe or professional. The company culture has become similar to a “Gram Panchayat,” where most leaders simply agree with him instead of speaking honestly. Anyone who opposes or questions decisions gets sidelined.
