Poor management and no progression prospects - Project Manager Environment Agency Employee Review

Flat hierarchy, people on minimal pay doing all the work while management take credit. Limited to no progression within teams. Management don't seem to care about staff wellbeing or delivery, only their own career progression. No incremental salary increases with experience/additional responsibilities.
