Pros

- Really good work-life balance. A work environment where personal well-being is front and center. - Friendly colleagues. Almost everyone you meet is kind and nice to work with.

Cons

- Slow pace of work and institutional inertia. Majority of colleagues have been with the organisation for 15+ years. This makes it very difficult for new ideas to gain traction and people are very cautious to not change the status quo. - Organisational politics is everything. Teams are very possessive over their perceived areas of work and will not relinquish authority even if its in the interest of the organisation. Very frustrating if you work in teams that are cross-functional.
