I have been working at Environment Agency full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Coming from the private sector, the flexible working hours, the support from line managers that is available to staff is brilliant. Great career opportunities and plenty opportunities to enhance skills, which is encouraged and supported by managers.

    Cons

Lots of processes to follow, but part and parcel for a big organisation such as this and that it is a government agency.
