Pros
The recruitment process was done within a week.
Cons
I accepted a job offer here and was expected to work from home and use all of my own equipment untill my laptop arrived which never came, the training was similar of that of a poor call centre where we were shown how to use the system and told what to say to customers. We were expected to speak to customers within a week and make as many calls as we could during our 'training'. As I spoke to customers I was being sent messages from my manager saying that I was making 'REALLY BIG MISTAKES' and that they wanted me to write out what I wanted to say to people and send it to them the next day. The threatening and disrespectful tone and language being used by management when anybteam member asks a question is disgraceful and I really felt for the people who had to stay and put up with it because they really needed a job. HR did not respond to any emails regarding my resignation and I doubt that I will be paid for the first few weeks being in the company. Besides EPOS NOW having no real competitive advantage in the market, it's treatment of staff and culture needs an absolute joke.
