Pros
Really good atmosphere - they genuinely care about your well-being and want you to progress. Your input and contribution matters a lot. WFH very flexible hours Fast progression- I got a promotion after 6 months
Cons
bit of a laddish atmosphere when I began - I was the only woman in a group of 14. After 8 months, another 6 women have joined my department. Onboarding is very fast, but it takes a while for promotions to be guaranteed. Payrate is not equal for employees in the same role, but they will give you a rise when you ask.

Pros
Wfh option Managers so overworked that you can not show up for whole weeks and still be paid Overtime available but good luck getting paid - guess that last point is a two way street! If you can stay longer than a year and still sleep At night you can end up in a senior position which explains the quality and ethics of the companies management
Cons
Little or no support from managers who are to be fair, over worked. You are expected to do 3 jobs at once for the pay of working a bar job. Job 1 that this role includes -customer service: You will be dealing with customers that have been pretty openly ripped off by the sales team (a lot of them just small local business’ trying to get on the feet or just stay afloat) with false promises and a pushy sales tactic imported from the US. You are the first and last line of defence from those crying and shouting down the phone... good luck! Job 2 - Salesman: Have fun trying to sell to customers who have already been ripped off and sneakily tied into a contract to by those who came before you. You will still be pushed for those targets and will Paid in measly amounts if you meet them. Which is funny because the hardware is drop shipped from China at a 10 x markup and the software was something designed by 1 guy about 10 years ago and maintained by 3 guys servicing a backlog of software bugs that would have Microsoft shaking in their boots. Job 3 - tech support Most of your training will cover this. It’s essentially the work on an IT technician but you are paid a third of the wage of one. Working with software that struggles to even perform It’s most basic function. How they can get away with this is beyond me. Actually I think I have something to say about . The ceo said in an article in a local newspaper that he would not look setting up anyone else because Norwich already has such fantastic people to employ! The staff turnover says other wise. What he really means by this is it makes pure economic sense to operate business some where like Norwich - a place with less opportunity and some of the lowest wages and real wage growth in the country. This is why you are excepted to work 3 jobs at once for a wage that is just above minimum wage!

Pros
Worked with some decent people
Cons
Worked with some not so decent people. High staff turnover - here one day and gone the next... He/She who shouts the loudest tends to win and let to get away with it because they are 'passionate' Line managers who offer no support because they are too interested in saving their own skin and point fingers. Awful company culture. Tales of the CEO piling misery on some poor soul makes you wince. Poor staff benefits ; Pension contributions at a basic 3%. No sick pay forcing ill staff to come in when they are clearly not fit to work. Other so called benefits are not worth mentioning about.
