Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.

Pros

Good benefits like unlimited PTO

Cons

-Overall a sinking ship with or without the new CEO-all he's done is lay people off while bragging about his constant travel in first class. Really just a bizarre guy. -Constant restructuring and lay offs -Hardly any raises unless you're more senior level (I've gone 3 years without a single pay increase despite great yearly reviews) -Job constantly shifting into roles you were not hired for or have interest in -HR reps are rude and unhelpful and often times make matters worse for you -undervalued and underpaid -Benefits have gotten worse over the years. We used to have Days of Rest throughout the year and theyve all been removed slowly. Overall feels like the higher ups in senior positions get all of the allotted team bonuses through bogus promotions or merit increases while the lower level employees are given impossible standards to get promoted or made up reasoning as to why they aren't getting merit increases. I was once told "I want all of my employees to get paid the same" as to why I had't gotten a raise in 2 years but other employees were. If you're considering working here as a designer or art director, don't.
