Cons
Like someone else noted in their review, the politics are so thick you can barely move. Leaders (from most senior to line) play the blame game so they appear to shine and are not held accountable. This has created a terrible, toxic culture. People are promoted because they are liked by senior management, not because they have the skills or qualifications for the job they are taken. Often seems to be those who make senior management look good get the promotions, not the ones who are good at their job and do the right thing. Workforce staffing is very lean, and workload is very heavy without technology infrastructure and systems to drive more efficient work. Expectations are unreasonable. We like to say we work as a team but it's really every man for himself. Disappointing executive/senior leadership across the org.
