Frequent organizational shifts have lately caused friction and tension on some teams. A bit unavoidable in a company this large, but Epsilon could have been more organized and buttoned up in their reorg.
SVP level and above can be a little disconnected at times from the teams that are in the day to day on the company’s key accounts.
Merit increases are pretty small unless you’re making a significant role change. Salaries between people in the same position are usually pretty different. Sometimes it can take a while to get promoted due to company reorgs.
Can be challenging at times to be properly staffed on key accounts. Some key accounts are under-staffed while low revenue accounts are over-staffed. There needs to be an adjustment of headcount.
