Pros
Good benefits, full family health care coverage paid (mediocre insurance though). If you are hired at your current ability level you will be paid at the low end of the wage range due to the company's geographic isolation from the competition. If you work for a decent manager your work life will be good and mostly easy, if not, he or she will have the power to make it unpleasant.
Cons
If you accept a position below your ability level, you will never catch up to even the low end of the wage range inspite of any education and experience you possess or gain. It is very difficult to move around in the company and there is no preference given to employees for open positions within the company. No career path and no support from HR to find one. They talk about it but nothing is actually done.
