No guidance whatsoever from senior developers or team leaders. There’s a complete lack of mentoring or support. Leadership is ineffective, unapproachable, and unwilling to take responsibility or communicate. Many senior employees lack even basic technical knowledge, which increases the workload for others. The only priority is to deliver work as fast as possible, regardless of quality or employee well-being. No recognition, no career growth, no raises, and no bonuses. Periods of extreme and unreasonable workload are common. Very poor project management — unrealistic timelines and unclear deliverables are the norm.
