European Dynamics interview questions

One discussion with member of team (on Microsoft teams with turned off cameras). He went on a long monologue of providing information of no actual relevance (like listing explicitly all countries business is conducted) and then “red flags” keep poping up with phrases like “you have flexible hours, you work until job is done” - They mentioned a budget of 28k per year net and remote work which I declared us low for such a position. Also the role was super broad (I things that would be typically done by consultants in a tendering process like references and CV preperation where expected to be done by everyone due to heavy work load.
