      Good benefits with wellness reimbursement and britebreaks. Adjust salary with inflation could be nice.

      Cons

      Some strategic decisions made the company stumble. Senior leadership is disconnected from reality on way to work and challenges that team faces in day to day. Working with india is hard.

      -Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      -There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
