I’m convinced all the good reviews on GlassDoor for Exelon are writing by Exelon HR. Here is the truth:
Pay inequality for women is common.
Sexism is common.
Unbelievable red tape to accomplish anything (IT, renewing contracts, etc).
Management leaves with no replacement in sight and they leave the peons to do all their work for no compensation.
Very high turnaround because everyone who comes in realizes this company is a mess and they get out while they can.
No advancement unless it’s through brown nosing and nepotism.
Company consistently disregards the talent and expertise of its low level employees and promotes inexperienced twits.
Management across departments is known to promise full time positions to contractors and it never pans out.
