We encourage you to contact the 24 Hour Ethics hotline or your own HR representative to provide us with the opportunity to understand your concerns and make improvements wherever possible. Fostering employee development and creating transparency around the performance management process is a current focus area for our HR and Leadership teams. With the recent transformation of our performance management process, employees are now equipped with more modern and simplified tools, processes, and technologies that are specifically designed to aid their development, while encouraging an inclusive culture through real-time dialogue. We also recognize that each one of us must continuously contribute to creating an environment in which all of our employees, clients, and vendors feel engaged and respected. We are disheartened to hear that this has not been your experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to speak with you further.
