Everything that comes out of HR and the executive level is pushing the black agenda. There’s a hierarchy of black execs that are in the “African American” leadership council and they have an unlimited budget for splurging on expensive dinners and travel. If you’re one of the chosen blacks in their liking, you’re on the fast track for advancement. But beware and
DON’T ever cross them, it won’t go well for you. I’ve seen people let go for “poor performance”, that’s their way of firing people that go against their agenda.
