All good people hired from outside are leaving due to internal politics and partiality towards certain individuals who are hired from the same organization. The so called super leaders are made accountable and they are only roaming outside when the real need is to sit down with the team and solve the problem.. Many teams have been dismantle and more useless people are promoted... the only criteria is to say YES SIR to what is been told. Lower level teams are working day night like workers and the leader doesn't even care about what is going on... duplicate leader adding one more level in between... ....the people sitting in leadership and experian region are blind or have left... they are blaming the old leader only. The HR knows everything and is also a YES boss and junior and doenst have a stand to question and make people accountable for their own job.
