Pros
Good pension contribution, flexibility on paper and some good events
Cons
A toxic, cancerous culture where everything is gamified to measure performance, people are siloed into boxes and no real world understanding takes place for an individual. Consistent redundancy rounds have left people fearing for their futures and have created a selfish culture where the word team is looked down on people in disgust, and management use metrics as a cop out for their poor leadership. I have seen people unsupported, chewed up and spat out as they didn’t fit the team clique and culture is what the most powerful voices want in the room. All the positive events that they run just appear to be morale washing on paper, and personally I have grown tired of the actions of a minor few being highlighted and the favourite culture being so actively on show. This company could be doing so much more to help people out across the world and uses it for their own selfish gain, and it is demoralising and embarrasing when you know the power that they have and how it is abused. I personally now am just waiting till they decide to make me redundant, and have no hope to grow my career at Experian, as although I have been a high performer in the past there, the culture shift is now one where I no longer feel supported and encouraged to grow.
