Pros
It is a friendly fast paced environment and we learn to enjoy our time there. A lot of strong friendships have formed between employees.
Cons
- It seems as though most positions have already been offered to someone before being posted as an open position. Example: Position is posted today as being open, you apply today, and within 1-3 days you receive an automated email that states the position is no longer available. -Work/life balance should be reviewed. Long hours with no additional compensation.
