      Benefits were above average. Good employees.

      Cons

      Micro-Managed. When accepting the position you're told you will receive a 5,000 Keep Bonus annually. However, it's very misleading.

      Pros

      I am yet to find them after a few years with the company.

      Cons

      ESA loves to gaslight and mislead their employees and they expect Hilton level results with 1/4 of the budget. This company will help drive your depression. They will make promises they have no intention to keep, only to keep you around. Corporate is basically a "boys club".
