Pros
Good people, good analysts. On EMIT (ExxonMobil IT) everybody is willing to teach. Some good supervisors want to change and move the company forward Travel Opportunities. A lot of room for new ideas.
Cons
Since 2015 (oil prices drop), the budgets have been cut significantly. Safety, is way to exaggerated Over controlled Slow to move, too bureaucratic. Since the migration to India, a lot of IT positions have been outsourced.
