Pros
Modern corporate culture, good but declining wages/benefits and working conditions in some locations.
Cons
Modern corporate culture (both pro and con, you figure it out) If you're working in the "New F5" part of the company I'm sure it's an exciting place. For those working to expand and support current product lines that aren't in the limelight, it isn't near as nice - sorry. Compensation years ago was very competitive. Recently it hasn't kept up with inflation or the market; at least in my area. Work/life balance depends on where you are. 60-80 hours/week and early+late meetings are the norm where I am.
