      Pros

      There really is a solid culture of good people and A-List players, many with long tenures. I am constantly impressed by the caliber of teammates.

      Cons

      F5 has tried to be too many things to too many people and has struggled to find its north star for a long time, but there is clearly a sea-change underway for a couple years now.

      Lower than standard industry pay Corporate culture weeds out those who don't toe the line Weak management with little to no mentorship High turnover, downsizing regularly No direction or accountability within or across teams No advancement opportunity / only senior positions ever available
