Pros
-work-life balance highly depends on manager and area -time off -initial high pay
Cons
- Mediocre benefits; my significant other and I both worked here and because we did, we couldn't be on a family plan. If your spouse can get insurance elsewhere, you don't qualify here. - Layoffs every quarter. One day someone is in and the next they are gone. No notice, just gone. It's quiet, but a norm. - Lack of resources - No consistency; constant leadership changes and departmental shifts. - Salary increases basically non-existent. Hard to get promoted and I was here for 5 years. Had to leave and come back for promotion and salary increase in same department, business unit, etc. - I was also harassed here by a male executive and nothing was done by my manager and I was told not get HR involved. He screamed at me, constantly would touch me, and at one point I even blocked him from my linkedIn. I mainly left because nothing was done and I was told to deal with it... that I would have to learn how to work with this person and it was normal.
