Pros

My team members were great to work with - dedicated, professional, always put the clients first and remained positive even in difficult situations.

Cons

Too many meetings causing far too many double-bookings, late arrivals, and no shows. Almost impossible to find an open slot to rebook. Makes getting projects and work completed very slow going. This is most likely because when people leave their work is often assigned to existing staff rather than filling the opening.

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
