DO NOT WORK HERE, this was one of the most unprofessional work environments I've ever worked for. They use you in training to take calls just so they can fire you if you fail their verification procedures. They make the employees feel like their stupid when in fact their company is all a mind game. We are suppose to be customer service representatives but don't even help the customers. "Certegy" doesn't give customers a real reason why their check declined, they just give customers the run around so they can keep calling so the companies don't loose money. All of it is a scam to be honest. Also, they were too strict. I used up my 30 minutes of personal emergency time in a month and basically told me I needed a doctor's excuse to use the bathroom. Also, they have MANDATORY overtime which is every week, therefore you don't have a personal life. Its like modern day slavery to only get paid $12 an hour. FIS is horrible and the job is for people who don't have a life.
