      Pros

      Great place to work, great co-workers. Pay is decent for the position. Benefits are great and HR is wonderful to work with. They explain everything and make "life changes" easy to process.

      Cons

      If you want to move up, it's hard. Pay is great but there's no room for raises. What you get is minimal depending on salary.
