Being lazy is a positive, accountability for your actions don’t count if you know the right people, very scattered work environment mistakes are not generally noticed and don’t tend to get you fired the higher up your position is.
Cons
Management, work life balance, minimal to no training, unattainable work loads, only measures work if they don’t ‘like’ you, wants you to be a human computer

Thank you for your candid feedback. You identified yourself as a current colleague, so we encourage you to report any of your stated concerns through your manager, a member of the People Office, or the FIS Ethics Hotline.
Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.
Cons
After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal.
Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
