Not a go company to work for. Lack of Communications, Organization Structure and Cohesiveness with the People - Consulting Engineer FIS Employee Review

Extremely poor communication skills between the different groups of engineers, PM's, sales, management, etc. If hired, your basically on your own. Engineers rarely communicate well with other groups and their is a mentality that if you speak up or come up with suggestions, you are on your own to run with it. The other comments on this site also explain communication as one of the biggest issues (among other noticeable issues with the company). FIS acquisition could not of come soon enough.
