Pros and Cons, but More Cons than Pros - Human Resources Professional FIS Employee Review

HR Management is in flux and doesn't care about the talent they are losing. For a huge company they are just starting to think globally and implement initiatives to improve their performance management system. They give very small raises and managers are discouraged to rate employees as exceeds. My last manager was a bully, I think because she was unsure of the role she was put into. Poor engagement programs and not a lot of appreciation of employees.
