      -Variety of projects and fields of improvement, when it comes to system implementing -Helpful manager and colleagues, good atmosphere within the team -Salary! - absolutely dominant when it comes to someone fresh on financial market with not much experience -Benefits

      -Overticketing -high entry barrier - it takes long time to fully understand the system
