Great benefits for the current economy. Depending on your department and supervisor you have autonomy to handle what you do without micromanagement.
Cons
Too much work is assigned for the amount of time given to do the job effectively, and like they want or expect you to. They ask for your opinions, and then disregard them when decisions are made. Values and documented processes go out the window when there's a financial crunch. People are quitting and getting fired and not being replaced.
