Pros
Salary is good for the Upper Cumberland area. Benefits are competitive to other plants. As long as you work hard and show up you should do well.
Cons
The business itself was always being threatened to shutdown. People are always stressed because of fear of losing their job. There are constant changes in management, policies and employees. I don't recommend working here unless your desperate.
