      Too much people centric even in cases of malpractices. Not sure if this is a pros.

      Cons

      Unfair, unethical. Malpractices are encouraged. Blind eye to Disciplinary issues. Ijps are staged and pre decided. Save important time of your life and work elsewhere

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Cons

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
