Pros
Great colleagues, young and dynamic, very international, nice employee events.
Cons
Minimum training & development Your performance is measured as a combination of individual performance and company performance (even though your role is not related to sales, your performance is still based on sales. However, only sales people get profit sharing when the company is making money. So, if you work in finance, legal, corporate support ; then dont expect too much. When the company performance is bad, your performance is adversely affected. But when it's making money, you dont get the profit sharing) Middle management team tend to save their own asses. If you don't look after yourself, nobody else will. Location: Not a good location. It's in literally the middle of nowhere; Building: Old and dull Long holiday ~2 - 3 weeks which is quite common in the Netherlands is perceived negatively from an american perspective. In the NL it's mandatory of minimum 20 vacation days per year as opposed to the no minimum mandatory requirement in the US.. so you need to get an approval from senior management if you want to have vacation >2 weeks (very hierarchical)
