Pros

Honestly, none especially as a temp.

Cons

The management don’t take complaints seriously, I was made to wait over 6 hours for a break on my last day, excluded from learning anything else apart from just selling, called at the last minute as a colleague was late but the colleague who was late could go home early and I had to stay even though I was early. Temporary staff are treated badly and differently to full paid staff. I was glad it was only temporary as began affect my mental health.

Pros

You gain experience with conflict among colleagues, being spoken down to by management on the same level as you despite having more knowledge and experience, it tests you as a human being, allows you to really stay strong with the people associated with you.

Cons

I am not going to get back the stress and anxiety I went through the last 6 years of my life.
