Pros
The only pros are that you get a 10 min. paid break on top of a 30 min. unpaid break, fellow sales associates are for the most part great people. You can make a lot of friends at this place.
Cons
an extreme amount of favoritism, management will take advantage of employees. I've witnessed several times that an employee was made to think they were going to get a promotion and were being "trained", turns out they were just being told this so they would do management type work, usually what the managers didnt feel like doing, for a sales associate pay. There is no communication, between the visual, management, and associate teams so the store is a constant blended mess. The company is extremely cheap, only giving employees a 10% discount and very low pay for working in such a large store. The store in general attracts terrible customers, I went home everyday angry. Ive never had to deal with the same treatment at any other store. The CEO has said he was going to make a visit several times and just never showed up. Also they are open on Easter and Thanksgiving when the rest of the mall is closed. The store manager is terrible, no management practices customer service. The store is basically falling apart.
