      Pros

      A good company to work for to gain experience of the industry. Pay is below average for the hospitality/retail industry, especially at managerial levels, however the environment and people are great, and work experience with fortnums will help your CV.

      Cons

      Slightly Low pay, with several promotions between a starting position and a pay rise.

      High staff discount which is really nice- it’s 40%.

      Cons

      Toxic company culture and managers don’t know what they’re doing.
