      Longer break time Ok pay Assigned person/GU to push out all the finished chip waste totes every hour.

      Cons

      Frito-Lay Plant machines in Fayetteville always break down, which puts more stress on us. The process is mostly out of control. A lot of waste and machine downtime.

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
