      Health benefits, decent weekly pay, no management on your back as long as you’re doing your job, independent, mileage reimbursement

      Cons

      Long work hours, no recognition for hard work done, management lacks communication, no work life balance, wear and tear on personal vehicle

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
