1yThank you for your review. Our people are at the heart of everything we do and we work hard to prioritize transparent and frequent internal communication. Our leaders use a lot of different communication channels: weekly MS Teams posts, monthly CEO updates, an internal newsletter, OKR reviews, quarterly department reviews, open doors sessions, and our quarterly company-wide meeting. Individual managers also communicate through weekly team meetings, monthly department meetings, and 1:1s and everything is documented and open to read. This year we also introduced progression pathways to provide every individual with even clearer growth opportunities and a roadmap for their career advancement.
