      Nothing that's the end of the world but despite an overall modern tech stack there is a legacy monolithic app in place. Salary is on the low side compared to other fintech

      Pros

      The mission of helping small business owners succeed is easy to get behind.

      Cons

      Many people in senior management didn't know what they were doing and were very ego driven, but had the right background to get where they were. It was hard to get things done if you weren't in the right clique, which was somewhat determined by your background and nationality. Very slow to make decisions for a company that wasn't very big.
