Pros
The people at GEICO are great. There is a great camaraderie within teams, and at an organizational level they have been making big strides to make a burn and churn job more enjoyable through different perks and giveaways etc.
Cons
There has been constant change in senior leadership and management level positions over the last few years that sometimes makes it difficult to stay focused on what our goal is. There used to be tons of opportunity for vertical growth within the corporate structure which seems to have dried up. Profit sharing used to be a very big perk that no longer exists, but to be fair, MAY return soon as the company rebounds from COVID impacts.
