Pros

Geico will hire almost anyone

Cons

-Under paying associates in all positions, they are no where near on par with competitors, as they are "The Low Cost Provider" similar to "Low Paying Employer" -They don't care about "Work/Life Balance" -Associates have to bring their children and infant babies to the office and have to leave them in the break room because GEICO will not accommodate their scheduling needs for their personal life. -They simply just do not care about the associate -Management has no problem advising it's their way, or no way at all. -Very high turn over rate of both Tenured and new hires

Pros

Interesting problems to work on. Good benefits. Decent pay.

Cons

Managers will gaslight you and upper leadership is constantly changing, so expect projects you're working on to be thrown out every 6 months. Many people burn out and quit after some time and are never back filled, so you'll be expected to take on their workload. Some of my colleagues were working 80 hour work weeks to keep up with the work load and yet told they were not performing well enough. There also wasn't much diversity.
