Pay checks are on time, the use of amazon gift cards to reward employees instead of increased wages is consistent, and brick and mortar mentality will build an amazing mausoleum for all to see

Over the last few years all the great things that made GEICO amazing have deteriorated. The level of disrespect and poor communication is often covered with childish ploys and rewards. Within 5 weeks I went from a proud employee to an employee that has been abandoned. They are restructuring, and in that what they should have said was that we are trimming the fat. So, if I don’t accept a demotion, since my position has been eliminated, they will graciously give me 4 weeks’ severance. To do this in the midst of the fourth quarter where so many family needs as much financial support as they can get, GEICO has really shown us that they are truly the nation’s best LOW COST PROVIDER.
